Who You Are:

3–5 years of current, hands-on experience in telehealth operations AND pharmacy operations
Actively working in a digital healthcare or pharmacy environment
Experienced supporting Nurse Practitioners and/or General Practitioners in live virtual care settings
Confident working with CRM systems, dashboards, and operational tracking tools
Highly organised, detail-driven, and calm under pressure
Clear communicator with a patient-first mindset
Ambitious and ready to grow into senior healthcare operations leadership

Bonus Points For:

Call centre, virtual care, or remote healthcare operations experience
Strong understanding of telehealth prescribing pathways
Experience coordinating with pharmacy partners and prescription fulfilment workflows
Comfort working in fast-paced, regulated healthcare environments

What You’ll Own:

Support and manage day-to-day telehealth operations
Coordinate onboarding, training, and ongoing support for GPs and Nurse Practitioners
Ensure CRM systems accurately track patients, practitioners, and appointments
⏱Monitor clock-in/clock-out systems to maintain accountability and efficiency
Identify operational or technical issues and drive fast, effective resolution
Support setup, optimisation, and daily management of the telehealth call centre
Work closely with pharmacy partners to ensure compliant, timely prescription fulfilment
Act as a key liaison between patients, providers, pharmacies, and internal teams
Drive continuous process improvements that elevate patient experience and scalability
