Handyman jobs

Looking for an experienced all rounder handyman, to act as live in caretaker/ handyman/property manager

Ideal candidate should have a broad range of skills including: Plumbing, Electrical, tiling, painting, welding, carpentry etc

You should be able to work without supervision

Electric and plumbing qualifications are preferred, but on the job experience is also accepted.

Must have contactable references

Drivers license a must.

Job entails general maintenance, cleaning, gardening, plus renovation and construction.

Additionally you will be responsible for dealing with tenants, showing the property and placing tenants.

You can earn additional commission for marketing the available units and placing tenants.

Property located close to Jeppes Boys high, on the border of Jeppestown and Kensington. Job covers commune with 26 rooms, plus 7 apartments in Berea and Yeoville. Package is a basic of R5000- R8000, depending on experience, plus free accommodation for ONE person at the commune.

Additionally you can earn commission for placing tenants. Commission can be as high as R7000 per month

Pay: R5 000,00 - R8 000,00 per month
