Retail Sales Manager required for our Jeffrey's Bay Branch in Fountains Mall
We are expanding our team at our 25 retail branches nationwide and are looking for confident, highly motivated individuals with a genuine passion for sales! Ideal candidates should have at least one year of experience in cold calling for sales, call centre operations, lead generation and management, the insurance industry, or any commission-based selling experience where targets were consistently achieved.
Requirements:
- Strong sales managerial and communication skills
- Proficient in computer usage
- Friendly and engaging, with excellent interpersonal skills
- Driven, highly motivated, and ambitious
- Above-average achiever, willing to take initiative
- Strong negotiation skills
- Preferably available immediately
Salary: Basic of R10,000.00 – R15,000.00, plus an excellent incentivised commission structure.
Branches Nationwide: KwaZulu-Natal, Gauteng, Eastern Cape & Cape Town
Bluff, Pietermaritzburg, Hillcrest, Howick, Kloof, La Lucia, Umhlanga, Margate, Shelly Beach, Musgrave, Scottburgh, Westville, Brackenfell, Tokai, Long Beach, Langebaan, Moffet, Summerstrand, Somerset West, Jeffrey’s Bay, Centurion, Mayville, Norwood, Northgate, Vredenburg.
Pay: R10 000,00 - R15 000,00 per month
