This is more than a typical contact centre role — it’s an opportunity to support customers in a medical environment where empathy, accuracy, and professionalism are key. You will be engaging with customers who require clear information, reassurance, and efficient service, while working within a supportive and performance‑driven team operating on UK hours.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality customer service within a medical environment
- Handle customer queries via live chat and other communication channels
- Deliver accurate information while maintaining a calm and professional approach
- Ensure excellent service standards are met consistently
- Escalate queries where required, following internal processes
Requirements
- Matric (essential)
- Minimum of 3 years contact centre experience
- Proven chat support experience (non‑negotiable)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A customer‑centric and empathetic approach
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts between 09:00 and 24:00
