Position Overview

We are looking for passionate and energetic Baristas to join our team in Douglasdale. The ideal candidate has a love for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso beverages
• Maintain consistency in coffee preparation and presentation
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service
• Keep the coffee station clean, organised, and well stocked
• Operate POS and handle customer orders
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and make recommendations
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards

Requirements

• Previous barista or café experience preferred
• Knowledge of espresso machines and coffee preparation
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Team player with a positive attitude
