Full job description

Position: Operations Manager

One Source Direct (OSD) specializes in skills development, HR services, and staff augmentation across all sectors. With over 60 years of combined experience, OSD offers strategic consulting, tailored training, comprehensive HR management, and flexible staffing solutions to meet your dynamic needs.

OSD is looking for an experienced Training Project/Operations Manager to oversee and manage the operations of the company focusing on New Business Development and management of new projects.

The ideal candidate should be an organized leader who can manage timelines, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and ensure training initiatives are delivered efficiently from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the team within 3 regions.

- Ensure the team of sales consultants reach their monthly targe

- Build and manage the relationships with existing and new clients

- Identify training needs for current clients and build and assist sales staff with planning proposals for pipeline clients.

- Identify training needs through assessments and consultations with department heads

- Create project plans and timelines for the building of new clientele for the company

- Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure programs are delivered on time and within budget

- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of training programs

- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and metrics

- Provide regular updates and reports on the progress of new business to senior management

Requirements:

- Min 5 years’ experience in Project Management, including HR, Business Administration, or related field)

- Proven experience in project management within the training and development field

- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and management of Leaders.

- Must have own Vehicle and will to do regional visits.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to manage the general operations and meet deadlines

- Proficiency in management tools and software
