Creative Designer Opportunity

Join Board One Consulting as our creative in house partner.

Location: Johannesburg Contract: 12-month extendable with Stipend

(The business is a start up, will commence trading in January 2027, when we start operating we will increase stipend)

The Role

We’re seeking a Graphic and Creative Designer who is passionate about design fundamentals and eager to grow.

You’ll work closely with our leadership team to: Build a Consistent brand

(You report to the Sales and Marketing team, and the Board of Directors of the start up Company)

  • Develop brand identity and creative concepts for this brand’s messaging
  • Design social media content, marketing materials, and digital campaigns.
  • Support presentations, proposals, and client communication materials.
  • Contribute to building a cohesive, professional brand presence.
  • Ensure the company staff and directors adhere to your brand design, from colours, Fonts, Slogans , presentations and all marketing materials.

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 0–2 years’ experience (strong graduate portfolios welcome).
  • Proficiency in Canva Platform or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong eye for typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
  • Interest in branding, advertising, and emerging creative technology.

Contract Details

This is a 12‑month extendable contract starting 01 January 2027 ending 31 December 2027. Continuation or permanent opportunities will depend on performance and business growth.
