Purpose
Our client is seeking a seeking a sharp, detail-oriented Financial Analyst to enhance their financial modelling and support strategic decision-making.
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Financial Analyst based in Midrand.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting statistical analyses, developing predictive models, and interpreting financial and actuarial data to inform business decisions.
Key responsibilities include analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support risk assessments and long-term strategic planning. The role also requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field
Progress toward actuarial certification through a recognized professional body
Minimum 5 years experience in property investment or financial services
Strong analytical skills with a solid foundation in Mathematics, enabling accurate data interpretation and trend identification
Proven knowledge of Statistics and Finance to support forecasting and risk analysis
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights and collaborate across teams
Proficiency in actuarial or financial modelling tools, along with advanced Excel capabilities
