About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and highly organized individual to become the face and anchor of our restaurant. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our guests—taking orders at the counter, serving tables in our dining area, and ensuring the front of house runs flawlessly. Beyond daily service, you will guide the shift, handle daily admin, and ensure our standards of speed, cleanliness, and hospitality are always met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Service & Hospitality: Welcoming guests, taking takeaway orders at the counter, waiting on dine-in tables, and providing friendly, efficient service from greeting to goodbye.
  • Shift Oversight: Leading the day-to-day flow of the restaurant, opening/closing the shop, and ensuring the team stays on task during busy rushes.
  • Cash & Order Management: Operating the POS system, handling cash and card payments accurately, and reconciling the tills at the end of the day.
  • Quality Control: Checking that all outgoing orders (both dine-in and takeaway) are correct, properly packaged, and meet our quality standards before reaching the customer.
  • FOH Maintenance: Keeping the counter, dining room, and service areas spotless, sanitized, and welcoming throughout the day.
  • Stock & Inventory: Monitoring front-of-house supplies (packaging, napkins, condiments), notifying the kitchen of low stock, and helping to receive deliveries.

What We Are Looking For (The Ideal Candidate):

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced food service environment (experience as a senior server, shift lead, or supervisor is a major plus).
  • A natural leader who can multitask effortlessly between waiting on tables, handling counter orders, and keeping the shop organized.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, problem-solving attitude when handling customer feedback.
  • High reliability, trustworthiness, and sharp attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work peak hours, including weekends and eveniings.
