Full job description

Overview:
  • Attend to the customer orders placed by telephone, mail or personal calls.
  • Administer Sales Orders.
  • Deal with customer queries.
  • Must have good knowledge of the organization's products.
Responsibilities:
  • Capture sales orders on the System (SAP)
  • Check controls
  • Billing of invoices
  • Create interplant POs
  • Complete daily reports – No order reports
  • Attend to customer complaints
Qualifications:
  • Grade 12/NQF 3
  • Diploma/ Degree Sales & Marketing is an added advantage
  • Experience: 1 - 2 years in Sales/ Marketing
  • SAP experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Basic Numeric Skills
  • Ability to pay attention to detail
  • Task Orientated
  • Good Communication and Negotiation Skills
