Cartrack, a world-leading smart mobility SaaS company operating across 23 countries, is looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the full recruitment cycle — from requisition all the way through to onboarding. You'll be part of a fast-moving Talent Acquisition team where your work has direct, visible impact on the organisation's growth across Southern Africa and beyond.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract top talent via job boards, headhunting, social media, and networking — internally and externally, to fill key roles within the organisation.
- Job Posting, Screening & Shortlisting: Advertise roles, review applications, conduct initial screenings, and build quality shortlists for hiring managers.
- Interview Facilitation: Organise and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers smoothly and professionally.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business leaders to define hiring needs and align recruitment activity to business objectives.
- Candidate Communication: Deliver a positive candidate experience with clear, timely communication while promoting company culture and values.
- Reporting: Accurately track and report on recruitment activities, contributing to trend analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Continuously drive innovative talent acquisition strategies and processes aimed at improving efficiency and effectiveness.
- Compliance & Confidentiality: Uphold recruitment best practices and company policies, ensuring confidentiality in all talent discussions.
